| I GOT A PUPPY!!! her name is molly jane & she is 3/4 australian shepherd & 1/4 lab. she is really the cutest thing i have ever seen! i got her on sunday. she came from a puppy mill in northern wisconsin. yeah. didn't know that until i drove 4.5 hours & down two dirt roads. i pulled into the driveway & literally 8-10 puppies ran towards my car. i got out seriously guarding my achilles tendon because that was about all they could reach to bite. there must have been at least 50 dogs/puppies there. the smell was unbelievable. i then walked in & in the entry way were about 10-12 small crates stacked one on top of another with yelping dogs in all of them. not only are the dogs in a completely uninhabitable environment, she has two children, about 2 & 7, who cannot be healthy with that wretched smell. so i have to report her. yucky.
but i got the cutest little girl ever! she is so endearing & lovable. she cuddles & plays & has the cutest bark. so here she is! my molly.
could she BE any cuter? i think not. more pics to come. i gotta get a better camera.

| greetings to all! so yeah, i have not been faithful in my writings. it has been a bit of crazy summer & the thought of blogging has been far from my mind. well, not far so much as without motivation to act.
so here's the news...I BOUGHT A HOUSE! a condo/townhouse really. it's in wauconda, the eastern side in a little subdivision called crestview estates. it's on the 1st floor (there are only 2 floors) and it has 2 beds/2 baths. i close this next tuesday! EEEEK!  it's all a bit overwhelming. but i am super excited because it will be mine & i get to decorate it all myself.
that is what i have been doing this summer. nothing much else. just hanging out with the fam, doing youth group stuff & working. actually, work is not going so well. we went from 4 offices to 3 offices with my office absorbing all the patients from the closed office. we were already busy, without room & then we added about 200 more patients (with new patients coming in every day) so it is now out of control. to top it all off, we have had 3 nurses quit in the last 3 months. it's all chaotic & i don't really work well in chaos. so i am just praying that my paperwork goes through for the state of illinois to recognize me as a therapist so i can go do that.
okay, now i must go rest my weary head on my volumptuous pillow. nite nite!
